I'm going with the shot blocking powerhouse. Mostly because I'm in some serious need for interior defense. I'll let it be more like an experiment.

Atrocious on all guard skills is a disaster for big guys. Getting them to awful or inept would be helpful using 1v1 as Jahill suggested.

You can probably get an 18-19 year old player off of the TL with similar skills for a pretty cheap price after the draft.

All in all I would not bother with this player much at this point unless you use him as a 3rd trainee that is intended to be an eventual defensive specialist backup. If you focus on him as your primary trainee you will likely be disappointed.

If you plan to do this then finish the season with him 1v1 forwards so he is not a butterfingers and get 2 solid big guy trainees next season and train them together for inside skills.

Yeah, that's why I said depending on what you want from the guy. If you have a great defensive backup that just plays defense and can make open layups then he could be very happy with him. But it requires tempered expectations.
