I don't entirely understand the isolation offenses, but potentially the PF had a more favorable matchup, maybe someone with atrocious OD.

he got 7 assists as well, which probably suggests two things
a) Your Out-iso offense meant your SG had the ball most of the time.
but
b) Your opponents SG was a good defender, so your SG couldnt get as many good looks. Have a look at how many of his shots were below 5 seconds on the shot clock to confirm this.
but
c) Your SG was actually quite good in being able to dish it off sometimes as well. Hence the 7 assists. so yer.

What plans are you having with Peter Gruškovnjak? If you can train him one-position in guard skills, it would meean a lot to our U21. If you need a training plan or just general advice on training, I can help you, because I have a lot of experience with training guards.
Oh, and 190 cm isn't a problem for a guard.

The fastest training for developing a quality guard is 1 on 1 for PG/SG and OD in first season (half of each). That's how these three players were trained and they were/will be the top of their class with a salary you can afford:
(21392088)
(21393889)
(18383496)
So 1 on 1 and OD is basis; in the 2nd season you can then choose if you want to develop a SG, PG or combo guard.
Do you think this is possible?

As PG:
JS 11, JR 8
OD 14, HA 13
DR 13, PA 14
As SG
JS 15, JR 12
OD 14, HA 13
DR 13, PA 6
These skills are just guidelines. Choosing Peter for U21 will also depend on the generation - if it's bad, the standards are lower and viceversa. But if you train him regularly with 48 min per week and one position where possible, he will be in U21 for sure.

wow those are high requirements the last 3 u21 i trained was a bit lower than that but im glad its this high cause its gonna be a real challenge , and I like challenges , I know its just guidlines but dont most u21 teams require a pg's jump range to be 10 or higher
