only to participate in this debate.

I think that comparticipation in Barbados between u-21 and NT is a priority... but.... this means that good players must play for the most important objective.
To explain better: everyone who plays with a NT or U-21 knows that in his first season the other team has the most important competition and this is the opposite in the second year. So, if there is the possibility, better players in age must play with u-21 in first season of the NT coach and the opposite in the second season. Naturally, all these sentences are true if there will be any player who can play with NT.

At the end... for better and fast development of a country with small comunity of active users, cooperation with Barbadians coaches and NT and U-21 coaches is a milestone.

Thanks for reading... see you in debate.

Hi I'm Big Bose and I am a candidate to Barbados NT's bench
I play since season 3, I did the scout for Saudi Arabia U21 Team, about AG and C. In my team there was a U21-Swiss play and actually a U21 Serbian AG. This to explain that I'm expert on training young players.
I want to be Barbados NT Coach because I think that this NT in a few season can grow up a lot. Obviously, the team now it's not too strong indeed, but in my opinion there is good potential.
If I will be coach, the first thing it's to contact all active team, in order to inform my plane of development and in particular to know which players are training actually and which not. After the best of them, will play and the others, if training well, will play friendly match. In the first 2 season the aim will be grow as level and experience, also skills. Then Barbados could reach the American Championship, but there is 1-2 season to build a strong team. Obviously, there will a strong-connected collaboration with U21 Coach. The best will play graduatly, step by step, in NT from U21
Ask me everything you want to know
Vote for me, Big Bose

My opinion on this:

The U-21 manager (you) should be able to have whatever players you want on the U-21 team without my interference. This is because any players 21 or younger I would want would most likely have a limited role on the NT, while those players would be stars on your team. In other words, it'd be less useful for me to have them than you. If anyone disagrees say so, because this is a debate thread I'm posting in ;)

i think that this is a particular version of my ideas, but you, in my opinion, underestimate a "focus".

In a small country, like central american countries, or african countries (Ghana, Bahamas, Barbados, Senegal and others) the poor activity of the managers, and the poor players pool, may have, as result, a 21yo player which is better than older players. I had explained, some post ago, which is the best solution in the case just written, and i'm sure that this is the best solution because i was a scout of Ghana U-21 team, and Ghana improved only when the NT and the U-21 coach cooperates with common decision.

Maybe, but just from a quick check the best U-21 player would be a bench player on the NT. If there was a player who would actually be just as important to either team, then I agree that he should be playing for whatever team's playing the more important games. However, just from what I've seen on Barbados right now there aren't any players like that to worry about.

there aren't really any important games 4 either team due to seasons of mismanagement

only when the new u21 coach davidm took over did things start moving in the right direction

it will take another season or 2 for the fruits of davids work to sprout and then we will have important matches

i like this line

The U-21 manager (you) should be able to have whatever players you want on the U-21 team without my interference

this guy arrogantly assumes he alseady has the job and he can read the minds of the barbados coaches

david m has done a great job & if elected i will support him 2 keep on doing exactly what he has been doing & i 4 sure wont be stealing any u21 dudes 4 the senior team

Lol, this is all a hypothetical of what'd I'd do if I was coach. I assume you're capable of realizing that, but good job finding something that technically makes me look arrogant if taken out of context I guess.

Meanwhile, you said directly from your NT speech...

"i already know i am the best candidate

now you know it too"

Yet I'm the arrogant one?

And btw, one more thing: Barbados may not have a good team right now, but that doesn't mean none of their matches are important (as you said in the first sentence of your last post).
