I read a lot about "foreigners" and how some managers might not like it to play with them.

Yet nobody realises that there are heaps of people that live in "Country A" with roots and connections to "Country B". *-:) They speak the same language, have a similar background etc...

I would be very happy to join Argentina as I feel strongly connected to this country. Hopefully BB will introduce this feature, waiting a long time for it! :)

I'm against this new feature.

Firstly, I believe, that not many of us would like the fact, that an "alien" could win our national league or national cup:).
Secondly,In my opinion, It's an almost worthless try to bring back popularity of this game. Even if it works out, it just might be to late:).


One more thing. For example, I'm playing this game and it gets boring becauso of the advantage of LI(which you're fixing not by changing game engine and reducing its effectiveness, you make SB more efficient, which helps us like 5 times in 48 minutes). So, i can quit or i can buy a supporter and hope, that with that second team, it will be easier. I think, I'd quit. It wouldn't help.

In conclusion - a better way, to fix the game engine. Because it's too slow and too old:).

Well this is what you will do. Most of the users who are playing in big countries they will probably choose a small country to create their second team.

And could you please tell me why is that? You are saying that most of the users will chose to play in a small league where most of the teams they meet are bots? Unless BBs make secondary teams eligible for B3, I don't think this is happening...

You clearly do not understand the concept.
The BIGGEST reason for this is to help out with BB finances.
To help keep this game alive.

In this case every one sould pay for the game......
One thing is sure: if this "update" will be only for supporters some normal-who-don't-pay will leave the BB.

As I said in the other thread I voted yes.

Maybe its a good idea to make the second team free for suporters and a small amount (10 dolars) for non suporters. That way it helps the game and nobody can complain.

And i said that because most of the users who were talking about this and they are playing in big BB Nations said that they will probably choose a small BB nation. If 40 people choose India for example then among with the local users they will fill at least the 2 biggest leagues.

40 people will not be able to choose India, as they have only 28 active teams. The smaller the league, the less chance there is that it is populated by secondary teams, making the whole "population/making league more interesting" argument kind of invalid.

I think this is a great idea. There are negatives, as mentioned, but I think they are definitely outweighed by the positives. The "Utopia" country idea sounds interesting. The only problem is it would not only keep current bots, but also create more (wasting database space) depending how the league's set up. Also if separated by divisions how will it be decided where team's end up? Either way, I like this idea. Here are some of my thoughts.

1. Supporter should be considered an account thing. As long as the account has supporter then both teams should benefit. Paying for supporter a second time (although half price) seems redundant.
2. Should be able to be B3 eligible if primary isn't (already mentioned).
3. These teams being placed in other countries is fine for the most part. However, the issue of teams' ability to ruin other countries' top draft picks will need to be addressed.

If this feature goes through, when will it be implemented? S27 (or even S26 all star break)?

To be honest, I voted no and I really dont want to see this implemented for all the reasons already mentioned, but if it were to be implemented with all the restrictions BB-Marin has wrote, then I dont think it should be free for supporters nor be only for supporters.

the only way id want to see it implemented is as a one time payment. Whether you are supporter or not, pay $10, for a second team(only once) and itll still be connected to your primary team and all the restrictions will still apply, but youll just have a second team. Thatll also help with the constant league and team shifting that would happen due to peoples supporter running out. I just feel like theres gonna be a lot of inactive second teams while people are waiting to renew their supporter and thatll just make the use of a second team a waste. If you make it a one time purchase of $10 or maybe more or less then people who buy it would be people who would be serious about their second team, so that would eliminate some farm team possibilities(not all but some), it would maintain the competitive side to it because people paid so they are going take it seriously and dont have to worry about it the team just going inactive in 90 days when their supporter runs out.

I also would want to see it in a world league set up.
