so... got a pop on my 27year 185cm pg... it took 5 weeks... but actually he didnt get the full training most of the time, so i can say, after a pop it takes ~ 4.2weeks of training OD to get a pop.

I would consider that training is still doable till 29 but is worth for high levels.I have a 29yo player that is a PG and got a pop in Reb but i don't really have a clue about how close he was with his sublevel.
The thing i see in my div.I is very important to finish your training rotation in about 3 to 4 seasons or else you could stay behind the opposing team.

I mean that a more users are taking the short route to training meaning that they take 19-20yo with training already started and continue to train them. The idea is that taking two 18yo draftees will be harder to train and play a consistent. For me i'm on the 3rd year of my training plan and should go into a 4th one but i'm considering on training guards from the next season because my PG/SF are starting to be behind the league average. So training after 23-24 is getting tougher.

And the higher the league you are in, the longer it takes for that rookie to train into a player that you can actually use in league games. Even as a backup.

dude, count height in centimetres, theres like 50+ different heights, from 175 to 226.... and potentials doesnt affect the training level ( i mean how much skill he gets in a train) but, you forgot that it also depends on other SKILLS how your player trains... so, its imposible to crack it :D
