Utopia, seriously? At least do everyone a favour and don't call it that when implementing the feature.

Schrempftopia.

You're all welcome.

(And yes, I understand the irony of using Schrempf instead of that Rik Smits fellow whose name appears in my team name, but Smitstopia just doesn't roll off the tongue like Schrempftopia. Schrempftopia. Say it once and you'll never want to stop saying it.)

When I speak about "Utopia", I'm speaking about a new country with some rules to protect us from cheating. I don't get the point of creating another server, especially for a lonely country.

I also voted no. But nothing against utopia or another server.

I like the idea of people playing in their own countries. That would break that whole concept.

If it would be implemented as utopia/new server, I might even consider supporter myself.

One interesting statistic at the end of the vote, would be, as other users mentioned, to know how many of those voting yes/no to the secondary team suggestion were supporters/non supporters.

One, equally interesting statistic to me personally, if not more, would be to have a break down of the nationalities of the users voting yes and no respectively.
We have for example same large nations, that have users contibuting to the discussion for and against the motion, we have other large nations that are absent from the discussion completely. Are they the same in the voting department??Do they vote and just dont talk about it(maybe a language barrier). Do we see any pattern in their voting behaviour?
Or we have miconations that had one user participating in the thread, regardless of their preferrences. Did the rest of their country users vote? How did they vote compared to their countryman's stated praferrence?

Aren't we all Earthlings/Human Beings? Why should it matter where 1 was born/or resides, its still on Earth.

Oh yes we are, but don't be so philosophical. There's just a too big gap between different cultures.

Thank goodness you posted it as a question and not as an absolute statement! We could easily get a few claiming that they're not!

Maybe if we didn't isolate ourselves and encourage others to be understand, one another's cultures, the world would be a better place.

Even more than double the fun, part of the appeal of a 2nd team is being able to go through the progressions of a team all over again. Things that your current, mature team has already experienced and you can't go back and do. Getting your first roster of 18 players. Picking and choosing who gets cut. Prioritizing your first acquisitions on a minimal budget. Training your team's first player(s). Expanding your arena. From small beginnings, making the first playoffs. As an underdog, getting your first upset. Watching your trainees grow into contributors. Your team's first championship. Etc, etc.

There are so many fun stages and dilemmas as your team grows. It'd be fun to experience that again without having to scrap your existing team.
