Allow the 2nd teams but only allowed in smaller counties. So it helps those places get larger.
In battrick they allowed members to have a 2nd franchise team and opened them up in counties to a set number.

So to start they could only allow them in counties with less then 50 active teams upto that 50. Then if demand is there move it to 100. So the bigger countries don't get flooded with more teams and it builds the smaller nations which will help their Nt sides etc as there are more players drafted and trained.

I just saw this now and I think it's a good idea. It's going to increase the # of teams, increase the traffic in the smaller nations. It's all win-win.

I'm sure there's a way that the BB's could code the 2 teams to either prevent or red-flag any tranfers made between them.

I just had an idea. Maybe the second team you buy could be a junior team in a league with other junior teams of 15 to 18 year olds.

Maybe they could do a "2nd world" option that is not country based and is opt-in or by invite only. It'd be similar to a PL but it would have divisions and you could go up and down the divisions.
