Maybe the changes are just to mix things up enough to out-fox Josef-ka?

To outfox the majority of people you should change economy, as the italian/spanish community asks since season 3.

No need to change the economy - just balance out the leagues so that each is equal in managers. (i think it took me til season 4 to work that one out!)

Have you ever done some ball-handling exercises?

Did you improve in shot blocking?!

Why is it the worst innovation in the game play ?

Was training in BB ever perfectly realistic anyway ?
I was under the impression that training was the practice you did between games.
This tiny lack of realism never struck you before ?

Let's talk about the changes in the gameplay.

Actually I meant something else, I was talking about non-big-community users.

Anyway I agree with you, economic-talk is always the same and is going to nowhere so I'm giving up before it starts...

Why? because it's stupid.

Anything could be perfectly realistic in this game, but so many matches are randomly influenced, why should it be training session too?

Did you ever play basketball??

If you are training ball-handling in real life, your reflexes and coordination gets better. Both are useful in shot blocking.

I would have better appreciated just the 10% reduction on the primary trained skill.

I wait for clarifications from BBs, but if I've understood right that cross-training chooses RANDOMLY another skill to improve by that 10%... my facepalm will be epic.

10% but for the average player. Have you calculated how much is 10% ? This is very small.
The main change is how the elastic effet is managed.

Ok, then as a professional trainer you know more about training than me...I've been only on receiving end. But how can you tell me that if you take two equally skilled 210 cm players and train one in handling and other not, they will still both be equally skilled in shotblocking?? You should know better than me that trainers use unorthodox methods to teach various skills, and those methods seemingly don't have anything to do with the skill you want to train.
