You know what oldtimers didn't have ? Help. As GM, I receive many message from newcomers asking how to play, the same in forums. There is plenty of newcomers playing like shit, but newcomers asking help, it's logical they are doing good, it's not like BB is that hard to play.


I agree with you, because I see this for myself. I'm also helping people in forums, but mostly over BB mail. There is another aspect of helping though, and that's the U21/NT. Almost each big country has scouts (I'm PF scout for our U21, for example) who track down good players right after each draft, sending mails to owners of new talents and helping them with training. As a scout, I don't care if the talent is drafted by an oldtimer or a team that was founded yesterday; if they are willing to follow a training plan, that's all I need.

Ouch he shot 1-27 his last game :O and 0-14 from three. I'm not sure if ive seen a worse shooting game.... he only made 3.7% of his shots
