What if the 2nd team, was in a neutral environment. Would anyone object to that? In that instance, everyone would start from the same point. It would be like a massive B3, where we could really see who the best managers are. Then you wouldn't have to worry about farmers and cheaters would be more frowned upon.

No I think he means like a whole separate server. Like a second BB almost, it would have its own market, and be completely separate from first teams. This has also been discussed.

Of course nobody is going to name it like that, this is just an example of how this could be called. But the name would be quite accurate. In reply to Perpete: Really? If my memory doesn't deceive me, the term "Utopia" was used to describe a new country, where second teams would play.
