This one is a bit different. Anderson was drafted and trained to where he is now by a div4 team and he's kept him as long as he can but simply can't afford the wages any more and finally got to breaking point financially.

Timing definitely sucks with everything that's happened in the last couple of weeks but not much we can do about it unfortunately.

Wasnt hard to predict it happening

Actually the sad thing is that if Anderson had of been identified 2 seasons earlier and the Manager had been mentored on some Competitive Management Basic Skills, then the team that drafted Anderson and done such a fine job training him might have been now in Div 2 instead of Div 4 and wouldnt have had to sell him, thus keeping a fine young Aussie in safe Australian hands

I do like Ted, love him more if he had another pop or 2 in passing but I do like him very much.

You have one more training session with Ted tomorrow night, much appreciate if you could get him another 2 pops each in passing and ID
