To be honest, I couldn't stop laughing :) It's about time the BB gods smiled in my favour for a change. Even won a 2OT game tonight.
Now if I could just find some decent new trainees. Not much on offer, and nothing interesting in terms of Aussies. Blood typical that when I have some serious cash I can't spend it!

If your looking for an 18yo Id probably wait till next season

If your looking for a part done 20 or 21 yo, just bide your time and wait.

Too expensive to be buying trainees that your not really happy with and end up turning over

Possibly our best Aussie NT centre is up for sale at the moment for just 200k. High salary but well worth the price if you're looking to make a run in the late season for any Div2 or ABBL teams.

This one is a bit different. Anderson was drafted and trained to where he is now by a div4 team and he's kept him as long as he can but simply can't afford the wages any more and finally got to breaking point financially.

Timing definitely sucks with everything that's happened in the last couple of weeks but not much we can do about it unfortunately.

Wasnt hard to predict it happening


Actually the sad thing is that if Anderson had of been identified 2 seasons earlier and the Manager had been mentored on some Competitive Management Basic Skills, then the team that drafted Anderson and done such a fine job training him might have been now in Div 2 instead of Div 4 and wouldnt have had to sell him, thus keeping a fine young Aussie in safe Australian hands
