Połączyłeś dwie rzeczy w jedno. Zmniejszenie siły LI to jedna zmiana, a zwiększenie siły bloków to druga zmiana. Do zwiększenia siły bloków absolutnie nic nie mam.
Skąd masz takie dane? BBcy w ogłoszeniu nic nie piszą o dodatkowym zmniejszeniu LI?

In the current engine, there are places where shot blocking is the most useful; players alter shots close to the rim much more frequently than anywhere else on the court. These type of inside shots are what managers strive to create when playing an inside-focused tactic. To combat the dominance of the inside focus, we are planning to increase the value of shot blocking in some of these areas.

Myślę że Ty i darkonza wyciągacie nieprawoidłoweea przede wszystkim zbyt pochopne wnioski....no chyba że już rozgrywaliscie mecze na nowym silniku.;) Poczekajmy, potestujmy...

Moim zdaniem właśnie to robią, (nie pisząc wprost jak to BBcy, ale pieką dwie pieczenie przy jednym ogniu.) Zwiększają skuteczność SB , co następnie ma wpływ, a przynajmniej ma mieć na zwiększenie jakość obron przed taktykami podkoszowymi. Teraz wszyscy możemy gdybać i czekać na możliwość testów.
