ITS HOW THE GAME IS SUPPOSED TO BE

you have hit the cap , you dont ned to be buying new players now.

unless your selling a player to try an upgrade.

if your in the red YOU are over YOUR salary cap for YOUR team and this has nothing REPEAT nothing to do with the rest of the world.

honestly how are you guys not getting this its the very basis of economy sense . dont spend what you dont have !

Yes, ESV Laim and Boston Celtics are strong teams but my question had nothing to do with the BBB, my question was, what makes them strong teams?

Is it because they have more money than everyone else, is it because they have a higher "salary cap" than everyone else in the game or is it because they have managed their teams better than everyone else?

They surely manage their team better.But,again,that's not the point.
It doesn't mean that who manage worse his team than me had to have better condition.
You should have the possibility to grow in your league,we should have the possibility to grow in our league.A way to grow is the market.But the market is one and if we are disadvantaged and have to grow with enormous difficulties on the market,we are strongly limited in our growth.It is fair for you?

you have all ready grown , you cant grow anymore ! because you have hit your div salary cap

Yes, it is fair because you have the exact same conditions as everyone else in your league.

Your problem seems to be that you don't think that you can improve unless you buy big salary players from the markets. You simply have to find other ways to beat your opponents.

Let me ask you this instead: What would you do if you were given more money?

From what you've been saying, it sounds like you would buy players from the transfer market. Then if you had more players/more expensive players, you would be back where you are now and not making any profits. What would you do then? Come back here and say that you need more money?

We play as the game is supposed to be,you play to another game?
We grow not only with the market,we grow with training,with smart tactical choices during the game.That's why we build strong teams.
Why you can upgrade your team on the market and we can't?
The system gives you the possibility to grow with this possibility,because in the case you have to afford a team of another country,as happen in BBB,you should have the same possibilities.
BBB is the only official competition between teams of various countryBut I'm not playing BBB,you are not playing BBB,the great part of the world is not playing BBB.The only field where I can face you is the market.we should have the same possibilities on the market.We could not act because we have stronger teams?Why?It's not this unfair?

hey i know this is making us all angry that they dont get it , and that they want to be treated differently but try not to use the F word even in F form , dont want to see you get a ban or anything for something so silly .

i honestly just dont get how they dont get it.

if your earning 300k a week - then the max salary you can have is 300k a week

its that simple.

dont get 300k salary players then complain you cant afford to buy new players , you already have the players.

win with what you have got.

the fact that the italy guy thinks my pg is useless speaks volumes in his understanding of the game engine.
his right my player barely does shoot which is great cause i dont want him to shoot i want him to pass, which is what he does.

theres a reason ive promoted every season since i joint this game , and thats that i get as much from my players salaries as possible, and that i use very cheap pg's that can match it with other pg's who earn much more.
