I have turned up in Div III.7 I don't know anyone in it. There would of been 4 or 5 leagues I could of gone in and known someone. Does not look the hardest league. Don't think I will be rushing out to upgrade my side from the start.

Hi,
Was wondering if anyone could help me understand what to do with this guy? His size just doesnt fit his abilities? Only my 2nd season, so im only just learning this training thing... Currently have a couple of good trainees already, but willing to part with them to keep a good aussie.

Can't defend but can be fixed. OD should train fast with the elastic band effect, or could train heaps of 1-on-1 first to make OD training super fast.
