I always thought the ratings were a bunch of baloney. For example: my last game
(6154862) I scored 76% of my points from the guard position (granted some were dunks and inside shots) and shot 51% combined between the guards (35% from 3) and still had a higher rating in Inside Scoring. I guess if it only measures players skills and not stats it would make a little more sense because I am slightly weighted towards inside scoring. I also am 90% sure my opponent has very good inside defense which could explain some of the disparity between inside scoring skill and inside scoring stats.
Anyways, that was my ramble, don't put too much stock in the ratings in my opinion stats are king.
