Get more depth to your team and run your team with your veterans. Higher leagues equal better teams. Micro leagues are not as in depth as of USA leagues but in higher leagues your not training a national team quality player. Your competing for a championship to promote to higher divisions.

Actually, I am training Nt players. To win at the top level, you can't have ten 100000$ players

How are you in II.3 and don't know production. I am guessing since your a Australian you don't watch American sports. In American Sports mainly in football and Basketball. A consistent product in the arena gives you more wins/bigger crowds/bigger donors. I have seen several cases of false realities created by the school and the local environment who lives their. There environment is currently being burned down and started over. Kinda like what I want to do to California but it'll never happen. A consistent product matters more than a 100,000 worth of fans for short term gain.
