Whatever the result of the election, I would be part of the new scouting team of Luxembourg at least for two seasons till the new elections, I support Tom10 as well in the elections for the U21 and I hope they deliver great players in the futur.
My priority goes to players from managers who are active in the game, know the game and support national teams.
We need players who are in a really good game shape, the age doesn't matter for me, Luxemburg isn't that big so we need only the best players who are in a really good shape. But sometimes I will surprise with promissing young players in my selection, for showing respect to the managers who train them really hard. But not in the starting 5 or substitutes. We are not big enough for things like that. We need good players, who are in a really really good shape. Otherwise we lose everything.
I would like to do better than Tom10 did, Tom10 did it great, he made a good start and I would like to make continuation of his story. Not alone but with Andre and Tom. I think with the 3 of us we will make it to climb a lot of places in the rankings. And win a couple of matches the next 2 seasons. I don't promiss qualifications, cups or championships, no. That's to much, I'm a realist. We will do the best we can with our players we have. If I see a good young Luxembourgisch player I will train one our two myself. Promiss. I did and do the same for Belgium!
