Well, generally, I don't think that's BBs aim. I mean a lot of browser games are "activity-to-win", meaning, they reward active players, like farming gets you resources.
BuzzerBeater is less tense, you don't have to play much, and active managers still won't have much edge over you.
Activity is still important though, you can scout the transfer list for bargains, and now with the new GDP feature, you'll have to spend more time analyzing opponents.
