If he were my player (which he isnt :(. ) I would train OD to 11. ID to 11, and a whole lot of 1v1. Then do the inside skills because if u hit the inside skills too hard u wont be able to support his salary in d5. Also, if you are ever short on cash a 20 YO bigger man with those outside skills can fetch a LOT of money. A small forward is really worth something.
