It went up at least 30%. He was on the team at 20 starting a lot of games and the extra merch was almost enough to cover half his salary at the time.

My Merch has dropped 20% as a result of my guy no longer being in the 21 NT side. Nothing else has changed other then it is a new season.

Well, except that the last time merchandise was calculated you hadn't played any Cup games, hadn't played your rival, and had only one league game for your players to get minutes (which some feel is a part of the calculation of merchandise). Merchandise is always lower to start the season.
