I would say train him and sell him next off season, because with his skills rising and salary not going up you will have a very salary efficient player for this season.
(Salaries change at the end of each season) Just want to make that clear

OK. that sounds like a plan. And i could buy some second PG so i could train him too a bit.

Which skill you think i should train him now? and when he will cost more? now or in the end of season? ( i hope i will be able to sell him before his salary rise up..)

I would just do what your team needs, i would do a couple PA pops and couple OD and then some DR i guess.
