You have to upgrade your Arena fast, with only 5k seats you will find it hard to compete at the next level. To really compete in League 4 you need most of your players to be in the 10k-20k range and you need a larger arena to support that, also make sure you have atleast a few key players with Prominent or better defense for their respective positions OD for Guards and SF, and ID for PF and Center.
Also you are living in a dream world if you think your Bleachers will sell at 15 dollars a seat. I do not know the levels of your Staff, but I would suggest atleast Advanced in all 3 categories.
