won´t work, because you need to set a deadline where you have to set both your personal and trainingssettings.

once you announce training is scheduled like 3 hours later, you have to wait with the processing every day to make sure no one change settings or personnel in the time in between.

I just know, that its running in switzerland and afterwards in Germany Fridays at 5am Boston/Server Time.

Sure you can, but actually I don´t see any improvement over the current system - once you have a deadline, people will start waiting as soon as it passes by, not matter what you say.

Actually, I think we just have to roll back our expectations. Training isn´t something for Fridays, 11 AM GMZ (Germany), it´s something, that happens friday sometimes between 11 AM and 5 PM, so you better make sure you have your settings ready by 11 AM, and don´t bother checking before 5 PM ...

I am not 100% on this but I am fairly sure they all happen at the same time. Otherwise players could get training more than once a week (easy with team training) and I don't think it is possible.

I don´t think you can gather multiple training, because your minutes will be erased once the training is done.
