Offensive flow is very heavily weighted on PG, with medium weightedness for SG and SF. You'll want to have good handling and passing skills for this. As far as I can tell, if you have good offensive flow, it's MUCH easier to get a closer look at the basket, so playing PTB or Look Inside are normally good options. You'll normally rack up a lot more assists with good offensive flow.

Also, slow tactics benefit from good offensive flow a lot more than fast tactics, because they are much more reliant on ball movement to get clear open looks as opposed to fast paced offenses.
