I think this can help you :
If 1 is the highest your player can earn by training ....
Age
18 1
19 0.91
20 0.82
21 0.73
22 0.64
23 0.55
24 0.46
25 0.37
26 0.28
27 0.19
28 0.1
29 0.01
30 0

How was this data compiled? Are 24/25yo's really less than 1/2 the training speed of an 18yo.....

I don't think that is from data!

He took 0.09 for each year (9%) and just that!

Although, I would say that in 10 pops of an 18 year old I usually see only 9 in a 19 year old! But that also depends on sub-levels and it is complicated to say without having a big database!

No...His post is wrong...I heard it was a 3 to 3.5% drop a year...So a 25 yr old will lose about 20% of training speed... I wouldn't quote me on this but I saw something in the forums around season 9 that was posted by one of the beta boys. peace

Most likely the drop is not linear but exponential!

Yeah i tend to agree that it wouldn't be linear.

While that chart could be a useful visual tool for some, I'm afraid whatever is put up will be taken as fact and relayed whenever someone asks a question about what age is a useful trainee
