A "No" from my side.
I don't like the idea. You can't love more than one team. So everybody should focus on his primary team. And Buzzerbeater should focus on making the BB-experience more exciting. So think about game engine and draft. (I like the draft-thing, I bet, there are many good idea out there to improve it. And I would hate any youngling's team feature.)
I think the downsides of secondary teams are overwhelming: Farming issues, idenitity issues in smaller countries, two friends who are cross-selling from their secondary teams.
I understand the need for money. I am supporter. And I have to say: If 30.000 is a realistic community, where most of the people are motivated and do like the game, so be it. And make the non-supporters pay something little. Maybe: league-system is free. Cup-tournament is a dollar per season. Things like this. I know that many people like the "free game"-idea, but infrastructure costs money. So: You like the game, but you are not willing to contribute? Why?
