Well, there are some humans playing in a few of those bot leagues...

But, the answer is, essentially, yes. The Bots will be promoted initially, then will be dropped back down with the bot cleanup. Other teams will then be promoted up.

Reason for humans playing in those divisions is that relegated teams will be split to all divisions in lower league. They then get a very comfortable way back to higher division obviously.

New teams are always placed in lowest league in the lowest division with human teams. Not sure it is the best way to solve it as a few leagues tends to be very strong while new teams in higher league numbers usually gets weaker opponents.

ok i came second in the finals, so will i get premoted? or stay in divi 3?

I think you definitely have no chance. There are 3 teams better than yours in your league only. Sorry.
