Not sure whether this guy is a PG or SG right now, although eventually I'd like him to be more of a shooting guard who can pass/scoring point guard. Either way, he's pretty good.

Lex Barbosa (23476192):

Weekly salary: $ 5 495
Role: key player
(BuzzerBeta)

DMI: 85000
Age: 18
Height: 6'3" / 190 cm
Potential: MVP
Game Shape: proficient

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: strong
Outside Def.: proficient Handling: strong
Driving: mediocre Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: respectable ↑ Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: mediocre
Stamina: awful Free Throw: respectable

Experience: atrocious

He's popped almost every week if not every week, once in JR, 4 times in OD, once or twice in handling, once in driving, once in passing, once in IS, once in ID. He can play any position 1-3 and averages 26.3 ppg with career highs of 58 points, 16 rebounds, 7 assists. Pretty much the franchise player of my team already and hopefully a NT star later in his career. And for those who are wondering, the IS pop was random from JR training, which has me really excited.

Train single-position training at PG position and get more OD pops. Train JS for a bit next season. Training will be faster if in PG position, single position training. DO NOT train JR. It will trian with JS. You should train Driving and Passing next season along iht JS. In huis 20 y.o. season work on more OD and JS. in his 21 y.o. season, make all of his core stats at 14-16 (exept JR).

I'd train one on one rather than JS, it gives you all the jump shot you need. If you train pure JS than it inflates JS past the others skills once you try to pop his driving.

Any suggestions on how to train these two together. Jacob is obviously my primary trainee and look for him to be a solid SF. I think he has a real shot at U21 and also NT. Just looking for a little guidance.

Well that's because you're doing all or almost all 1v1 forwards. I used to do a lot of that myself, but then I decided to try to get serious about training a U21 player with Len Smiley and Billy Ray Gansler, and I realized that just doing 1v1 was a bad idea. It's pretty widely agreed that 1v1 forwards gives the most pops, but if you're serious about building a U21 or NT player doing a lot of 1v1 forwards will never get you there. You need to do things like defense, passing, rebounding. I would forget about 1v1 and work on his primaries for the rest of this season and next season for sure.

I want make him PF for your national team, so he needs very good handling and driving. Next season i train his inside skills and outside defence.
