according to constructive communications held in this topic which was viewable but not also understandable to you, conclusions are as follows:

For all divisions from tier I, II, III, IV and for first half of divisions from tier V - game times/days should remain the same (as it is now).

For 2nd half of divisions from tier V - games could be moved to first available period but with taking care of starting times (to avoid situation in which that games will start in 1 A.M domestic time).

General idea is to split divisions in active (I, II, III, IV, first half of V) and bot part (2nd half of V). With that approach you`ll off-load significant number of mostly bot games (from tier V) out of actual game times.

There is a room to manipulate even more - for example you can leave first 1/3 of tier V divisions in actual time and other 2/3 of tier V divisions to alternative (but acceptable) time.
