I have some cash so I could afford the purchase and a season of losing cash, and I am training RB all season as the u21 manager knows (I've got a player on the fringe/just out of the squad this season, and a 19yo who should make the team in 2 seasons).

Should I pick him up, push to win my div 3 and remain competitive in div 2 (where I'm guessing I could afford the salary a bit better), and fit him into my existing training plan to bring him closer to NT?

The only problem I could see is I can't think of a way to train his passing any time soon, I've got a SF who I'm also looking to train to nt down the track who needs a touch more OD and HA so I could get to those no problem, but he doesn't really need more PA ...

If anyone wants to know more or advise me further, perhaps feel free to pm me ...

I could never recommend a Div3 team picking up a $200k player.
Whilst I think it noble, I think a top teir div2 or ABBL team should grab him.
it's a lot easier for a team in the ABBL or a team about to make the ABBL to afford and and afford easily a player such as Buoc.

Maybe wait as we have sent an email to BB as the team that fired him after 4 days after paying only 80k is the Macau National Coach. $1m is way overs.
