Yeah. Those were great pops. I will start kawagichi at PG this week and run Amori(he popped in OD) at SG. The bigs didn't pop at all and our PF's GS dropped to average. For me, it will be my line up and Depth C until 4th

If anyone wants a big man you could do worse than a 19 year old 7'0" $7,000 a week MVP potential.

Katsu Ookawa (24273231)

But if you don't like him what about an 18 year old 6'11" superstar?

Ryuji Okimoto (25318361)

Or maybe if your budget is really tight you can only afford an 18 year old 7'1" perennial allstar? Not the best but would make a great 3rd trainee for someone.

Kosaku Onohara (25318364)

There are even 2 19 year old allstars for sale this week. What a lot of young potential available.

My interpretation of JR is similar. Basically, the higher your JR, the further away from the basket you can shoot effectively. A Big with a 1-3 JR has to be right next to the basket, but if he has 5-7 JR maybe can he score well from out to the freethrow line, etc. That'sjust how I've thought of it.

I think the formula you suggest alligns with that directionally.

I have to disagree with some of this....
A player with a higher jump range will find that the effectiveness of his jump shot decreases less with distance.

This is from the manual. So let's take a BIG with 13 JS and 4 JR.......I would say that by the time his JS got to the 15 ft range it is still a low 10 or a high 9...
Let's look at a big with 8 JS and 8 JR....a 15 ft jumper for him is probably a low 7 . The JR just lessens the JS over distance.
So..in my oppinion, I would rather have a 13 JS 5 JR on my PF than a 9 JS 9 JR....
I saw a player in the bin getting mad love and his JS was a 5 and his JR was 11.....The 11 JR can't make the JS higher than a 5...No matter what, his starting point is still a 5 and is lessened from there by the 11 JR..so at about the 18 FT range, he is still only about a low 5, no more....crazy people...

I agree with you, I actually prefer JS over JR but I don't want them even close to Atrocious. I think a 13 JS 2 JR is not as effective scoring as a 13 JS 5 JR.

Most DEF for sure.....I think a 13-3 would be the same as a 9-7 shooting from 12 FT out. Right now..Asano is at 11-3 and he bust some jumpers(more on low OD PFs than higher OD SFs)...I really like Furusawa's JS/JR set( I think it is a 13-5 if I do remember). I want to get Asano up to 13-6 so his JS is still around a High 10 by the time it gets to the 3 PT line.

Yeah Baby!!!!!! 49-45 Nippon is up at half...man oh man...if I had Kentaro and wakasuki in good GS, I would be winning by double digits....but these boys are fighting against the 17th ranked team in the WORLD....Boom baby...

Ouch... they open the second half with an 11-2 run! Gotta get back into it.

Still, I think we'll see a climb in the rankings anyway!

Yeah...It was a good game and we both TIE so I have to be happy. We had two starters out with bad GS and another 13 missed FT's....I just need a 3rd big that can ball. Here is the bright spot...we are 0-2 with a PD of -18 with the two best teams in our group already played against....only gets better from here.

Very proud effort against #16 in the world, you gave us the best chance to succeed.

I must hang my head in shame at the effort of Kawagichi who shot badly and only had 3 assists. I apologise.
