If those players really are important for the nation then the nation should make sure to keep him in a team. I guess it falls as the NT coach's job to inform the community that a NT player is for sale.But if such a player is at the TL for 1M$ and no one wants to buy him i bet that doing the same thing again might not change things a lot.Some players are just well planned and have got a silly salary for three high skills. Perhaps the best thing for such players to do in this game is to retire.
