I start playing agaisnt Cthulthu (or Cthulhu or Cthulu...).

Demars, my friend, I don't mind at all changing the games with you, my dream lottery result would've to start HGL with another Finnish team! ;D (Yes, against the manager you mentioned).
Let's see if I hit the lottery jackpot or not, as we might need to rebuild the schedule anyway as/if there will be other teams added to the lineup.

@all managers: please do not yet start arranging those matches (yes, I know some might have done so on small part) but it'd be now better to wait until we get the participating teams locked and schedule re-built (unless nobody joins to the lineup of 14 teams).

I have never linked a PU game before so not sure if only I can access it. If it works, then here is how to do it for those who do not know:


How to link your PU game.

STEP 1: After the game has concluded, go to the Box Score page.
STEP 2: Towards the top of the page you will see 'Team name v Team name' and next to this line you will see a number inside brackets. Copy the number only (not the brackets).
STEP 3: Open up a new post in the forum where you want to link this PU game.
STEP 4: Click on the basketball icon, and paste the number inside the brackets.

The PU is now linked for all to see.

LOL! I promise it was random!

I think my opponent, comparatively, will be harder. Mind you, every opponent will be out to use me to increase their points difference.

Luckily, points difference matters very little (if at all, other than for possibly statistical interest/purpose?) in this league, as in situations where teams have equal number of wins, the team that has won their regular season meeting is ranked higher for playoffs (and not the team that has a better scoring difference).

@ Wagner...

Obviously the new draw means you will have to alter some info on the official thread. Eg. before you had 5th to 12th spot in finals...now might have to be 5th to 14th spot? I will let you make that call.

Sorry for the extra work but it is nice that we can include 2 more HG teams in our first Season.
