i think the club comes before the NT.

if the salary is too high, you sell the player or you stop to train him.
in the first case someone else can train him, in the second another player will play in the NT.

i prefer see disadvantage in the NT than in the club. because with the salary reduction a club has an advantage, while if a NT lose a player is not the end of the world.

You are concerned that the salary reduction will represent a gain financially to the team that has the NT player, but you must also consider how much money they are losing by training an old player.

Training a 22 year old to keep him in the NT will represent on average a X weeks delay on every pop, if compared to an 18 year old. It's like losing X weeks of training. And that's on every pop. Can you imagine how much money is lost like that? (X depends on the training and sevral factors, but you know what I mean)

No, I am 100% positive that salary reductions will not represent a financial advantage to clubs with NT players. They will only reduce the financial disavantage, and hopefully make it at least bareble, otherwise the whole NT system will collapse.

why, did you plain to stop training everyone at 19? :P
I'm training a couple of 21-22yo centers, and I can tell you they pop like madmen.

:D
You know that training speed will be much slower soon. And also in a few season tou can even stretch what I said about 22 year olds to 24-25 year olds.

1.5x is much slower.

Anyway, none of that changes the whole point here.

basically you're saying that salary reductions are needed because managers with NT players are either bad managers or just plain masochists so they will train those players to death ignoring the rest of their team and creating monsters with unpayable salaries...
i think those clubs deserve to face bankruptcy as fast as they can, forget about helping'em!

That's not what I said at all. That's a very twisted perspective you got there...

They will train old players because they are patriotic and want to support their country. That's why we have NTs in this game.

They don't deserve to be bankrupt because of that.

of course it was an hyperbole
but i don't change my opinion. NT shouldn't come before my team
if that happens, there's something wrong

That's EXACTLY why reductions are needed.

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live
