I like the simplicity of "coach freedom: low, medium, high". For the control freak managers like me, go ahead and add a "freedom: none" to that list. Sorry William Wallace, no soup for you. Actually, can I just fire my coach and do it myself? (tongue in cheek, but that would be awesome!)
