Hahah yeah, we don't get to choose that distribution (thank God), so this was an extreme example. Besides one could argue that those 6 TSP up to 75 are likely to make him a worse pick, not a better one. I myself bought some 49-52 TSP guys recently that I consider much better trainees than most 55-60 TSP players out there.

One thing that comes to mind is to discuss increasing HN/DV (to say 12-13 max levels) on 19 yo draftees and keep the rest as is in order to mimic one season of 1v1 but I don't believe that will be accepted well.

it would be better to make them different than the 18 yo drafted one season before

That makes sense. I would prefer it this way too.

i still believe that we should just have a bigger % of top 19 yo, 70-80 TSP)

This is the desired effect, yeah. 9.49 instead of 8.99 would achieve just that and it would make players look better visually without too much effective improvement. See this way displayed TSP will increase by 4-6 points on avg but real TSP would only increase by 2-3 pts (for the 60+ TSP guys that is).

U wanna take half mesaures fine you can...but then I ask whats the point, to make 19yo at least as valuable as 18yo, or just making the gap smaller between them and waste more seasons untill you make 19yo better again, its kinda to ignore the situation just because u afraid to change too much, even when its needed.

Well, that the point of having a constructive discussion. I myself suggested 9.99 initially. Honestly right now I am not convince which is better 9.99 or 9.49. We will have to figure it out eventually.

But taking half-measures twice (if need be) is better than taking "over-measures" whose effects will last for 15+ seasons irreversibly...

Yep, absolutely. I hope you mean 20% increase on 18 y.o. draftees, not on currently available 19 y.o., cause that would be way too much.

Guys, it's not best to increase the skills of 19-year-olds by 20% or 30% when they're drafted, ideally they directly eliminate 19-year-olds in the DRAF and they're all 18-year-olds, with just that modification the quality of the draf would double.

It would but that would also completely take away a vital decision-making point of the draft. And the idea is how to enhance that decision-making point not remove it completely.

In my view, eliminating just that point improves the quality of the draf by 100%.
