Well to keep it fair I figured I should ask you a few questions as well:

With the changing of the guard about to occur at the Canadian SF position I am curious if you can explain what your criteria will be for players on the NT? EAK was and is a legend but needs to be replaced. Will you use a SG or PF type player to replace him or will you be looking for balance again?

Friend - your responses are generic and dance around how SPECIFICALLY you intend to run the Canadian NT - Aiming for 1st place is commendable - well, you know what that is my plan for my team too - but I have a SPECIFIC plan on how to achieve it - my question and the question that is being asked is do you have a SPECIFIC plan ?? The fact that you will open discussion and the rest I believe is already being done. How will you be different? Now I see you have a gimmick to buy our votes with a contest!! Well I am already a supporter - you need to do better than that to entice me. (Maybe you have photos of me - Yikes)

While I believe you are proficient - that is not being questioned, what I like to see is how - SPECIFICALLY - you would improve the NT. Don't dance, don't play the violin, don't use gimmicks - make your point with concise, straight-forward, direct answers.
Thank you

That is a very intelligent and well thought out comment. I think it is in our countries best interest to have our NT coach a Canadian who is in Canada. Mod-bballin for coach.

Right now there is a pretty good debate going on, on the offsite about next seasons roster and most of it seems to be focused on the SF position. We have many options, SG, PF, inside SF, outside SF and balanced SF.

Personally I want to take a PF(Hall) and a LI SF(Labbe, Bradshaw, Hudgins), but my main issue is that we play a lot of blank lineups in out bigger matchups and the GE plays Stronks at SF a lot. So im also considering taking Hall + 5 bigs and then 6 guards. I dont think we have any worries about EAK leaving though. As good of a SF as he was and being without a doubt Canadas best SF ever, he was never elite and wont be hard to replace.

- Teaming up with the U21 manager so that I can ensure that superstar+ players are trained and set up well for success at the NT level.
- Constant communication with managers of NT players and possible callups to ensure training and GS is kept in check.
- Exploring the best possible roster decisions each and every week depending on GS, training and callups.
- Maintaining Canadas NT Depth Chart so managers know where their players stack up.
- Creating an NT training guideline to help newer managers with trainees to better their chances at training Canadas next superstar.
- Beginning to encourage the training of JR and SB with the new salary and potential cuts that they have in order to strengthen Canadas ability to play more than one tactic.
- And then the basics, Scouting, Picking the best players for the roster, Gameplanning threads, Wise tactics and enthusiasm use. All that good stuff.

What you did? Be honest.

None of those things, I have yet to be dishonest, but You cannot argue that I only lost one game that I shouldve won. I think it was a successful term by those markings and anything You can bring to the table wouldnt have changed those three results.

My question to all candidates is what will you do to go out of your way to help/motivate those new managers that are on the fence about liking this game? I've only been playing for a couple of seasons and no NT coach has ever contacted me.. Now this isn't about me complaining, rather pointing out, what are we doing to ensure not only that new managers get hyped about this game, but also about how to help train those managers up to help your program and country in the long run ?

(Don't forget about the little guys... or in this case the little girls!!!)
