Na neblogos ir man 3 rebaundai kilo, bet viena ištvermė krito, formos nėra prastos, bet galėtų ir geriau būt :)

Ar istvermes trefkem turi labai dideles itakos trenerio lvl? sakykim tarp 1 lvl ir 5 lvl :D

Eina sau.. Pirma kart tiek daug up'u. Treniravau metima gynejams, tai: 4metimo up, 2nuotolio, 2verzimosi. :)
