Well so far the biggest 18yo in my draft is 6"11 but the best one I've found so far is 6"9 5 ball & 2 ball. Just wondering how these things work in regards to potential eg. HOF, ATG, PA etc.

Im not sure exactly, but im pretty sure that it is something like his:
5 ball Potential: MVP, HoF, ATG
4 Ball Potential: Perrennial Allstar, Superstar
3 Ball Potential: Star, Allstar

Anything lower is an absolute waste.

So I ignore the star rating and the grade rating?

star rating indicates what their salary will be like. I dont have much of a clue how that one works, but im pretty sure its just like potential where anything below 3 is a waste and even 3 is pushing it.

Im not too sure about grade rating, ive only actually done any scouting since the points where accumulative from season to season once, soo, yeah, im not too experienced.

Less than three ball in either category is a useless player and a three in one will require something higher in the other. So a 3/4 or 4/3 is really the worst you should consider drafting and training and if you want to make money on the draft 4+ potential and age 18 is the key.

Found a 5/4 18yo SG, looks like he might be the pick of the bunch.

Also just wondering how the draft order is set? I'm currently 7-12, second last in the big 8, the team in 8th spot is 4-15, while on the great 8 side there are three teams with worst records than me. So if this stays the same I'll be picking about 5ht. Is that right?
