By the way, a friend of mine crunched some numbers into some prediction thing on the USA NT site. Apparently is gives me a 20% chance of winning tonight and a 15% chance on Tuesday against the Rockets. That was pretty much enough for me to decide my strategy for these two games...

So what did I decide? Well, watch the games and find out. ;-)

Finally, I will agree with you that NEP was lucky to win against you on Thursday. In spite of my previous comments, I think that's pretty much what I said to him in the chat.

Ahh... I see 5 minutes into the game that a lucky fan has found his way to the floor.

Of course when I get an injury it has to happen at one of my training spots. That could mess up my plans for this week.

Good luck on Tuesday. You never know what's going to happen in BB.

Thanks. It seems clear that the Rockets will get my A-team but realistically I think I was in tough in both of these games. Hey - now I am starting to sound like the Jugglers. Pretty soon I'll be predicting that my team will finish 7th (they very easily could at this pace).

Abbott has been injured early on anyway. Hopefully, it's just for the game.

Looking at the NT page shows a 1 week injury, sorry. Thank goodness my guy is just out for the game.

I notice the Q-Final goes to Playoff crunch time/normal. Are the games neutral site?

Rules say Playoff efforts start in the semis, which I assume is when the neutral sites start. I don't know why my Q-Final game has playoff effort options.

it's based on country size. in canada, the last three rounds are at neutral arenas with playoff enthusiasm.

I forgot about the neutral arena for this round, that makes my latest draw that much luckier.

So when are you going out this season? Are you taking it all the way to the finals?

my next two cup lineups (assuming i can get past firefly - who already conceded) will not be my best team, but not my worst either. plenty of holes to exploit. if i somehow slipped into the finals, we may have to hold a contest to see if any lucky fans would want to play ...
