Thank you both.

I know focusing on salary or TSP isn't the greatest proxy, but its hard for me to figure out what kind of players different divisions have.

If you were going to ball park the TSP on a starter for a DI, DII, DIII team in the US, do you have a guess what that might look like?

Or, put another way, I'm planning on training guards to DIII quality, then upgrading my arena and buying DIII quality bigs (after selling my initial batch of trainees). What should i be looking for?

Thanks! Once I get my trainees I'l be dumping all of my extra cash into expanding my arena as quickly as possible. Noted that a decent DIII started as primaries around 13-14.

One more question-

I know that a level four main trainer is 97% of a level 5 (and a level 6 is 103% of a level 5) but how do youth trainers work? How much of a boost do they give for 18 and 19 year olds?
