And that's the worst thing here - I feel exactly the same way

I appreciate the replies but I don not think that is accurate. My team is currently 10-1 with the largest point differential in the league and my team rating is very poor.

When I look at the individual columns my team leads the way in many of them, but my rating still remains low. Its not a big deal but sure would be nice to know what this actually is...

It is the sum of all your players' ratings on the team stats page. If you had 50 players during the season each playing with rating of 10, then this would be 500. It is a confusing and unnecessary number the way it is calculated now.
