Thank you....but i was thinking if you have a shorter player training IS (shorter trainee under 6-6) to hit them first with heavy doses of IS/C and mixing with 1v1 or JS forwards?? ALSO, wouldnt the trainee pop more doing JS/guards or wingmen than JS/F if you are trying to boost his JS?

Nice to know about training beyond age 25 or 26...almost not worth it unless you're getting extra pops and training along with potential younger trainees. Thats how i am setting for now currently doing IS/C and then 1v1/forwards mixed every other week.

Yes, Agreed on training HA/DR through 1v1 training. But with this Utopia team I am going to try to build for SF's or Guards and currently i have a couple trainees i was starting with who already has a nice base of secondary skills of strong and above. But one is only 6-3 and the other is 6-7 and i thought hitting them with IS right away along with 1v1 forwards mixed in but i guess i am trying to beat the age/heght penalty right away.

I guess i really need to trust in 1v1 forwards....my initial plan is IS/C (1 position) on 2 different trainees for the time being. I rather get most of their training completed by 25 and move on to a couple more trainees. I am new somewhat to training but been training long enough to know the pops slow way down after 24 and really slow if the trainee is trying to train inside skills at that age. Basically, i am training IS/C, then i'll switch to 1v1 forwards and then the next week go back IS/C. I just rather have the most of the IS completed by the time they are 21/22 Then hit them on guard training, OD/PA and then a ton of JS to finish their skills hoping to build a couple balanced players that can handle the ball inside as well as shooting from outside. My maint team i have built a few guards and didnt use any 1v1 forward....so even though they are well trained combo guard, they have no inside shooting which will hurt them if they were in Div 2.

Interesting, I was under the impression 1 position training on a young trainees was the quickest way to get pops. IS/C and 1v1 forward or JS/Forward would also add JS but at a slower rate than js/g.

I see he is a scoring machine stud...nice job!! Thats my plan for now at least. IS/C and 1v1F or JS/F mixed in with IS for awhile and see how he becomes as time goes. I still may try to find a nicely skilled HOF or MVP to try to train for NT but until then I'm just training a SS and a PAS potentials.
