every week he adds to the level of his skill 0.32 points; so after 7 weeks he has 2,24 points).

Thats the speed of single position training im assuming?, soooo

if
that was a Indo manager and a friend of mine, was training him on ID for PF/C

was performing 2 position training, then the speed will be much slower.

You've not understood the previous manager trained him for lots of weeks on ID for PF/C with no result, so something upper than level 17 when I bought him he had;
now are 6 weeks I'm training him on ID Center, he takes 0.32 every training so 1.92 in 6 weeks plus something of the contribute of the previous manager.

So now he must have level 19 not still 17...

Cap is 27.26 on 28/30 that is the range.

And a high sublevel of IS plus RB could push that 27.26 above 28. I don't know if that is the case here, but it's especially unfortunate if he's entirely capped since he'll never be able to train enough passing to have his first career assist.

I'm afraid you'll just have to be a bit more patient and trust the previous owner a bit less. Not a bug.

Our DB system is correct on calculating the CAP, but if it's like you say is really incredible...

I think you've not understood. This is the 6th week that I'm training the player, on my own, on ID center with a trainer level 5; every training the sublevel increases of 0.32.

So after 6 weeks he has been trained to reach level 18.92, starting from level 17. Today's training has been done but the level is still 17. For me is a bug, or please somebody tells me why not?! Maybe the player on that skill increases slowly than normality?!

I am sure it's as accurate as possible, but with cross training involved it's no longer possible to be highly certain of sublevels of skills other than perhaps immediately after they pop. If the tool is depending on estimates of how much shot blocking has changed in the current formula, that data may not be as accurate as the coefficients originally relayed by (I think) JoeyKa, though I admit I am not sure who to properly credit with that.
