If he has NO secondaries whatsover, then I'm not so sure about that. I'd get an 18 yr old with better secondaries. But if you are deadset on him, you could develop him into an interior powerhouse and perhaps pair him up with a skilled PF to offset the damage of a one dimensional player.

He's 19 which slows him down quite a bit, and he's going to be 20 in a few weeks. You could try and train him 1v1 forwards to try and get his driving and handling up to try and get some secondaries and limit turnovers, then just cap him in his inside skills to make him a 1 dimension all inside player. Or don't even bother training the secondaries at all and just go inside D and shot blocking only make him a straight up stopper. You accomplish two things here, really test out the shotblocking so we don't have to do it and be if it works you have one of 2 good shotblockers on the TL right now. I'd say lost cause only depending on what you want from him.

I'm going with the shot blocking powerhouse. Mostly because I'm in some serious need for interior defense. I'll let it be more like an experiment.

Atrocious on all guard skills is a disaster for big guys. Getting them to awful or inept would be helpful using 1v1 as Jahill suggested.

You can probably get an 18-19 year old player off of the TL with similar skills for a pretty cheap price after the draft.

All in all I would not bother with this player much at this point unless you use him as a 3rd trainee that is intended to be an eventual defensive specialist backup. If you focus on him as your primary trainee you will likely be disappointed.

If you plan to do this then finish the season with him 1v1 forwards so he is not a butterfingers and get 2 solid big guy trainees next season and train them together for inside skills.

Yeah, that's why I said depending on what you want from the guy. If you have a great defensive backup that just plays defense and can make open layups then he could be very happy with him. But it requires tempered expectations.
