My current Level 5 trainer is a fitness level 5 so he ran me 672K. And when I got him he was only making 16,800 a week.
My plain level 5 before that cost me 460K and was only making 16,200 a week.
I always start shopping for new trainers at about the 32K mark. And I always have a new trainer before they hit 36K...
I'm just curious as to whether or not you find that the cost (weekly salary + initial signing bonus + severance fee) is worth it over the long haul.
I just watched a plain level 4 trainer with a salary of under 12,300 go for 50k. If we assume that the prevailing wisdom in this forum is correct, a level 5 trainer should get you 2-3 extra pops over the course of two seasons than a level 4 would in the same period. So, using your figures above and the guy that just sold:
	lvl 5	lvl 4
bonus	460000	50000
wk 1	16200	12300
wk 2	16524	12515
wk 3	16854	12734
wk 4	17191	12957
wk 5	17535	13184
wk 6	17886	13415
wk 7	18242	13650
wk 8	18607	13889
wk 9	18979	14132
wk 10	19359	14379
wk 11	19747	14631
wk 12	20142	14887
wk 13	20545	15148
wk 14	20956	15413
wk 15	21375	15683
wk 16	21803	15957
wk 17	22239	16236
wk 18	22684	16500
wk 19	23138	16789
wk 20	23601	17083
wk 21	24073	17382
wk 22	24554	17686
wk 23	25045	17996
wk 24	25546	18311
wk 25	26057	18631
wk 26	26578	18957
wk 27	27110	19289
wk 28	27652	19620

Total	1060222	489354
You're routinely paying over 500k extra over the course of two seasons for what amounts to 2-3 extra pops. Economically, is it worth it?
