Naker is right, lower them more if you want to sell, if you are at the minimi price, there just isn't enough buyers.

I'd love to be able to drop my luxury box prices $200 if I sold all 4 unused boxes.

i am pretty sure you will sell at least three of them, which gave you 600 or 120 profit but i don't like such drastic change so i would see what 650-700 brings.

what bossofbosses understands though is once the investment is made, he will never have to make it again.

Secondly, he knows once he gets enough of a winning team in div4 he can raise price or build more at the same price.

Also, if he promotes, to say div 2-3 they will sell out easily.

If there is any to mode after, it would be after his setup.

However, it won't win you a division title the year you practice it!

But think about it the investment for 50 boxes = only 800,000.
500 courtside = 1,000,000
2500 lower = 1,750,000
20,000 bleacher = 4,000,000

So the payback is long...but the economics is that its a one-time fixed cost with ZERO maintenance and automatic long-term income. Coaches and Players do not have that.

The only thing to weigh is the win now aspect. But you can only move up divisions once at a time. So that aspect of income generation is slower and more costly due to "good" player cost.

Okay. I understand what your all saying.

But, I was at 9 boxes the first day I built them. After a whole season of winning tons...I still can't sell that one more box? I didn't grow from selling 6 to 8 then , 9. I mean...it was 9 from the start. Just seems a little strange to me. But if that's the case..then that's the case.

Edit: clarification

iwouldn't go over 10k bleachers anymore, maybe even less but i believe in league two 10k is good because you won't fill 10k lower tie's.

I agree...my math was off.
Thinking add 15,000 bleachers = 3,000,000
Add 4,450 lower = 3,115,000
Max court/Max Box.

The math seems to point towards building at a pace...perhaps a ratio of selling price at X%. I think the X% would be whatever your PR manager helps sell + your fan rating.

Also thinking the PR manager is more effective, the more tickets he has to try to sell. Which could make having a decent PR Manager helpful at high levels and higher seating capacity.

These are guesses.

You may be on to something.

992 at beginning of season. I should be over 1000 next season. I'll let you know if it pops to ten boxes sold.

On the other hand, Swift has set his luxury box prices at $ 750 while you have them on $ 800. It ain't exacte science, but I bet you can sell 10 at $ 750 as well...
