If you train just 1 position it's easier and make sure that your player makes at least 48 minutes in the training position. Probably you did all of those things but it could be just bad luck.

Did you train that guy in 1 or in 2-position-training?

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

maybe you C/PF may not have proper height for this position?
and I will recommend you to train each skill 2-3 weeks, and when you have a pop-up, to switch to another skill.

you know, this is a problem...they are to small for big guys... the recommended height for C/PF is from 7'0''(213).
I suggest you to train this 2 players in outside skills, and they will get trained very fast; and because they have good inside skills, you will have some very valuable players.

If you think that 206cm is way too small for a big guy then I think that 193cm is too tall to train him as a guard.
193cm is definitely too small for C-training but 206cm shouldn't be that bad. However, training a 206cm guy in handling or perimeter defense will be a pain

I relate more to the first one, that is 193, and he is too small for c/pf.The second is slightly better, but, like a said , can be better, if he want more pop-up in inside skills.
yes, to train a 206cm guy in handling or perimeter defense it will be difficult, but it's a good height for a SF, and it will be easy to train both skills, inside and outside.
