Hi there friends from Việt Nam.

I'm MadRaven (Marco) the manager of the club Vietnamitas of II.1 of Portugal and i'm here assuming my candidature to Việt Nam U21 national team coach.

I play BuzzerBeater since season 3, started in the 4º division and now i'm in the hard 2º division of Portugal.

I have learn a lot with the Portugal ex-national team coach (damena) and with the Portuguese U-21 National Team coach (Martinêz) in fact I was one of the scouts of Portuguese U-21 National Team in the past two seasons.

I'm here to help your U-21 national team to improve in the ranking status and with the collaboration of all Việt Nam users to improve our present and future Việt Nam players and of course to win the most matches that we can, because the two last coachs that you elected left the game and yours National teams and I will never do that because that is unacceptable.

I am kingi44 announcing my candidacy for the Head Coach position for (Việt Nam U-21 national team). My experience, though slight, is in building. I do not promise miracles. I promise to at least make the (Việt Nam U-21 national team) Selection COMPETITIVE.

Here is what I will do:
(Việt Nam U-21 national team) will begin an ambitious schedule of Scrimmages to prepare for the Tournament.

scouting: i will scout every player in every league in Việt Nam, to find the best players in the country.
i will search for players from Việt Nam that play in foreign leagues, it's very possible that we're missin some hidden gems abroad.

the best players will make the Việt Nam NT List, and among them, the roster will be selected from time to time, based on condition, training and strategy.

training: i will work with every owner of a player who's in the Azərbaycan NT List or a select a new players and discuss training schedules for every player, in order to improve their strenght and hide their liabilities.

Vietnam! : Vietnam U21 National team has only 4 players!? come on guys ... this is a national team not sth we want to have fun! i know i am starting become a little boring but that's the true! we have to work hard to make this team one of the best in asia ... 1st More of the guys who want to be coaches if they lose they will dont help! i tell you that if i lose it dont minds ... i will help the real coach ... more of them want to become coaches just for fun ..
second i will see ALL THE teams all over the world to find players ... believe me .. i helped in this way greek national team ... i know that job of scouter ...

Hi, I stand as a candidate of National Team Viet Nam coach election.
My name is Solarisss, I'm manager of Melpomene♂ (69574)

I've some experience in U21 because I'm actually Scout NT China and U21 China for last two season and I think could be fantastic to become U21 Coach The Great Viet Nam.

I'm come from China! :P China is one of the bigger comunities in BB (almost 1.500 users)... I started in season 6, and now I'm in the top 100 managers in China. Viet Nam is very interesting for me because I've some friends that are Viet Nam based for business and play BB actively in your country... I've also some Vietnamese friends living here in China!

Following your U21 team I see your players are good and there is a need of a good tactic organization... and for me this is great! I love tactics, match analisys, strategic management of the team and i think U21 Viet Nam is perfect for having fun matches and results!

my targets? honestly I don't know... I will do the best, never leave and see what it is possible to reach... I hate losing and I love to win... I will try to do the best.
